WellSky will perform a scheduled maintenance on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 from 8:00 PM to 04:00 AM (Central Time). During this time, the Solution will be unavailable. This maintenance may require action from client IT teams. Please read the message below carefully as it may apply to you. We thank you for your patience as we improve the system.

Information for IT Interface Teams: Upcoming Change to Public-Facing IP Address for WellSky CarePort Discharge and Intake. We are notifying you of an upcoming change to the public-facing IP address for WellSky CarePort Discharge and WellSky CarePort Intake due to a transition to a new Internet Service Provider (ISP) at our data center.

What’s Changing?
Effective May 10, 2025, the public IP address for CarePort Discharge and CarePort Intake will be updated as follows:

  • - New IP Address: 149.137.204.0/26

  • - Old IP Addresses: 204.71.129.128/27, 204.71.33.224/27, 209.225.35.84/28


If your organization uses IP allowlisting (also known as whitelisting) to control access to WellSky solutions, you will need to update your firewall or security configurations to include the new IP address by May 10, 2025. This will ensure uninterrupted access to our services.


Action Required:

  • - If you do not use IP allowlisting: No action is needed, and you may disregard this message.

  • - If you do allowlist: Please update your configurations to add the new IP range (149.137.204.0/26) prior to May 10, 2025.



Epic Clients ONLY:

  • - If you are using IP allowlists to allow CarePort Discharge access, please ensure you update "Epic Allow List" and "Citrix Trusted Sites" with the new IP range (149.137.204.0/26) prior to May 10, 2025.



Cerner Clients ONLY:

  • - This change is managed by the IT Interfaces team at each hospital. If you whitelist our IP address, please ensure you update your configurations to include the new IP range (149.137.204.0/26) prior to May 10, 2025.

  • - If the whitelisting is done by domain, no further action is required.
